Definition of a “Working Day”
* A “working day” is Monday to Friday excluding public holiday’s.
* Orders placed before 3:30pm on a “working day” will be dispatched the same day.
* Order placed after 3:30pm on a “working day” will be dispatched on the next available working day.
Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
* No dispatching or delivering is available on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday.
* Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday will be dispatched on the next available working day.
Delivery Methods
* All orders will be delivered by a courier regardless of weight, size or destination.
