OLD BRAKE CAN BE RETURNED AT ANYTIME (NO TIME LIMIT) BUT MUST BE COMPLETE, THE SAME TYPE AS SENT, HAVE NO CASING DAMAGE, INLET AND OUTLET MUST NOT HAVE BEEN OR ATTEMPTED TO HAVE BEEN DRILLED OUT (SNAPPED OFF BLEED NIPPLES ARE ACCEPTED)

  • Excludes old brake calipers returning for the deposit refund which has no time limit to be returned for the deposit refund

4. Missing / Damaged or Wrong items sent

We take great care to check your order and pack / count products in the box to match the products ordered, this process is checked then double checked before dispatch, then weighed before the courier collects from us

In the unlikely event you find that you have a damaged / wrong or missing part you MUST NOT fit any item from the entire order and inform us within 7 days from receipt of the order with the product part number that was missing / damaged or supplied incorrectly, we will then start an internal investigation, do a stock check to see if we have more products than we should have and check the registered weight with the couriers, the latter alone will inform us if an item was missing

We will not entertain any missing, incorrectly supplied or damage claim after 7 days have elapsed from delivery

 

 

5. United Kingdom Shipping

Deliveries to the United Kingdom are collected and delivered by UPS

Cut-Off time for a same day dispatch is 4pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)

Expected delivery times (subject to delays beyond our reasonable control)

Delivery Terms

  • Deliveries are made 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)
  • Orders placed before 4.00pm Monday to Friday are despatched on the same day
  • Orders received after 4pm on a "Working Day", Weekend or Public Holiday are dispatched on the next available Working Day
  • A 'Working Day" is defined as Monday to Friday (excl public holidays)
  • All deliveries require a signature without exception
  • Online tracking information is sent automatically around 6pm every Monday to Friday (excl public holidays)
  • We can not be held liable, or refund for a late delivery if we have dispatched an order on time where circumstances beyond our reasonable control during shipment caused such a delay for whatever reason

 

 

7. International Shipping

International Destinations, Weights, Volumetric Sizes & Costs

Shipping rates are calculated once the product(s) have been added to the shopping cart then by choosing the correct shipping destination country at the checkout

 

You may receive a shipping refund?

Advertised shipping costs are based on weight in a single box using DHL as a courier, however we will try different combinations of weights versus parcel sizes and number of parcels when packing your order to get the best possible shipping charge for our customers

If we can reduce the shipping costs we will refund the difference back

 

International Dispatch and Delivery

IWe need to complete customs forms and declarations (depending on final destination) therefore orders received will be dispatched on the next working day that the order is placed.

(subject to customs checks beyond our control)

 

Customs and Import Duty (where applicable)

Refunds

Refunds are sent to the credit / debit card or PayPal account that was used to initially make the purchase

Refunds are performed 14 days once a visual inspection of the parts have been performed

Refunds will not be performed if parts have been fitted, damaged, painted etc. including the manufacturers packaging

  • Painted old calliper(s) returning for the deposit refund is acceptable

New products returning after 14 days from the purchase date will be receive a credit note against future purchases with us

  • OExcludes old brake calipers returning for the deposit refund which has no time limit to be returned for the deposit refund

8. Warranty

Brake Parts Superstore UK warranty all products under our 14 day "no quibble" money back guarantee or 12 months as long as the parts are not used for racing purposes, is actually intended for the vehicle, has not simply worn out due to normal road use, has been fitted and serviced according to the manufacturers recommendations or has not failed due to other component failure
