1. Catalogues and Products

1(a). Our catalogues are unique, they are checked thoroughly before publication, however we can not be held responsible for any errors or omissions. Pictures (although not to scale) and dimensions are accurate, any other information shown are for guide purposes only and must not be taken as guarantee of accuracy

 

2. Inadequate or improper fitting of components

2(a). Brake Parts Superstore (UK) assumes that all products purchased through this online parts catalogue will be handled and fitted by a competent person who is familiar with the theory and practice of braking and mechanical systems, Accordingly, Brake Parts Superstore (UK) will not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any damage caused by, or injury suffered because of, the improper fitting of components

 

3. Ordered in error / No longer required

3(a). All NEW items must be returned within 30 days in original outer packaging and parts box and be in original clean resaleable condition with no writing, tape, stickers, or oily finger prints on parts box. Any NEW product returning after 30 days from purchase will have 15% deducted from the refund

 

4. Returning old brake calipers for the deposit refund

4(a). All old brake calipers must be returnedwithin 12 months, complete, the same type as sent, have no casing damage, inlet and outlet must not have been or attempted to have been drilled out (snapped off bleed nipples are accepted)

 

5. Delivery (Shipping)

  • Delivery costs and times are shown at the checkout once all required products have been added to the customers shopping basket
  • No shipping or deliveries are available on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday
  • We accept no liability once shipped for delays beyond our reasonable control
  • Cut off time for a same day dispatch is 3.30pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)
  • Orders placed after 3.30pm Monday to Friday, weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next available working day
  • A working day is any Monday to Friday excluding public holidays
  • NON E.E.C (European Economic Community) deliveries will be dispatched within 2 Working days to allow time for completing customs paperwork
  • Brake Parts Superstore (UK) will not be liable for any NON E.E.C customs tax (if applicable). Check your countries tax obligations before you order

 

6. Refunding

6(a). Products returned using our DHL collection service will be refunded on the day that the parcel arrives with us (subject to passing a visual inspection)

6(b). Products returned by other means will be checked and refunded 14 days from arriving with us (subject to passing a visual inspection)

6(c). PayPal refunds are immediate. Credit / debit cards refunds please allow a further 3 working days to show on your statement

 

7. Warranty

7(a). Brake Parts Superstore UK warranty all products under our 'No Quibble' 12 months money back guarantee as long as the parts are not used for racing purposes, is actually intended for the vehicle, has not simply worn out due to normal road use, has been fitted and serviced according to the manufacturers recommendations or has not failed due to other component failure

7(b). Brake Parts Superstore (UK) warranty products for the replacement or refund value of the product and will not be liable for any out of pocket expenses

7(c). Before we can refund or replace suspected warranty parts we will need to inspected them manually (in-house). It is not possible to refund or replace a suspected warranty part without first inspecting the part or by a simply photo sent in as we need to detimine the exact problem, how it was caused, this takes about 7 working days from when the suspected faulty part has been returned to us. We do not expect your vehicle to be off the road for this time so we advise to replace the part first either by purchasing from us or another company then call us for return details once the part is ready to be returned.

7(d). We will not be liable for more return carriage costs than our DHL returns service (currently £7.95+vat), therefore if you are quoted more than this charge from another company we strongly advice to pay for and use our DHL collection service, if your warranty is upheld the return carrage costs will be refunded in full as well a full refund for the warranty part at the purchase price you paid when the part was purchased from us initially
