How our caliper exchange service works:
- Customer identifies and purchases the required caliper
- The checkout adds both the cost and the refundable deposit to the total price (deposits are inclusive of vat and are shown at every caliper product)
- Customer complete the purchase
- Customer fits the brake caliper to the vehicle
- Customer returns the old acceptable unit back to us
- We inspect the unit (see below on what is an acceptable condition)
- We refund the customers deposit back to the same card or PayPal account that was used to make the purchase

What is an acceptable condition
- Snapped or seized bleed nipples are acceptable
- Siezed pistons are acceptable
- Seized handbrake mechanisims are acceptable
- Badly rusted or painted calipers are acceptable
What is not an acceptable condition
- A broken or cracked casing is not acceptable
- A different caliper than supplied is not acceptable
- Incomplete or missing parts of the caliper is not acceptable
- Drill or attempted to be drilled out bleed or inled ports are not acceptable
- Cross threaded or damaged inlet / outlet ports are not acceptable
